Refunds

A refund will only be issued if your item is faulty.

Returns are not available for any custom items, as they are made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Please take your time when ordering as I'm unable to make changes to sizing or colours once your order has been placed.

Please ensure that you double check for any spelling mistakes for personalised items. 

 

Shipping

Currently I only ship within Australia. 

Your item will be shipped within 3 business days of your order. 

Once it has been shipped, I will provide you with Australia Posts tracking details. 

 

Packaging

I was mind blown to learn that it can take some plastic at least 400 years to decompose!

So, I knew when I looked for packaging that it had to be packaging that wasn't plastic and which was friendly for our earth. 

The mailers I use are plant based and will break down within 180 days in home compost. 

The mailing boxes I use for the hampers are made from 99.9% recycled paper and are recyclable and compostable.
